FAQ

Returns, Refunds, Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us using the website Help form or via email at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. We will then advise where to send the item you consider defective.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


Shipping and Handling Policy

Available items will ship within two weeks of ordering. Shipping cost will be a flat fee charged upon checkout varying per shipping option. All items will be shipped via USPS standard shipping with the exceptional of international orders.

 

THE PEENUT GALLERY LLC is responsible for the production and fulfillment of your order until it reaches the Post Office. Once we have shipped out your order, we are NOT responsible for delivery process. We are NOT liable for any damages or packages lost during transit. By placing an order, you agree that any and all purchases are to be handled by our selected mail carrier during the shipping process. Please contact the mail carrier for any issues regarding undelivered items. For damaged items, please see our return policy.
